Welcome to Monezy (“the Platform”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and any related applications (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Monezy.
• By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2. Description of Services

Monezy allows registered users to earn cryptocurrency rewards by:

• Viewing ads,
• Completing tasks or offers,
• Engaging with third-party offerwalls and services.

Rewards may be credited in Solana (SOL), Monezy (MZC) or other supported cryptocurrencies as determined by Monezy.

3. Earnings & Rewards

Rewards are earned when you successfully complete tasks in accordance with the requirements provided.

Rewards are credited to your Monezy account balance and may be withdrawn to your designated wallet once the minimum withdrawal threshold is met.

Withdrawals could take up to 7 days to be processed if our system flagged it for manual check and it wasn't processed instantly on request.

Earnings from third-party offers are subject to approval by the third-party provider. We do not control, guarantee, or take responsibility for rewards that are pending, rejected, or reversed by third-party networks. All earnings generate from third parties have a waiting period of 2-30 days to be processed and credited and will show in your account as pending.

Fraudulent activity (fake sign-ups, automated clicks, VPN usage, multiple accounts, etc.) will result in forfeiture of earnings and possible account suspension or termination.

4. Purchases & Refund Policy

Any purchases made on the Platform (such as upgrades, memberships, or advertising services) are non-refundable.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that all sales are final.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms,
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity,
• Abuse of the Services.
• Any unused balance in a terminated account may be forfeited at our discretion.

6. Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time, with or without prior notice.

We are not liable for any interruption, downtime, or loss of earnings due to technical issues or service shutdown.

7. Third-Party Content & Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, offers, or services.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party services.

Your interactions with third parties are strictly between you and the provider.

8. Limitation of Liability

Monezy and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Services.

Cryptocurrency payments are subject to blockchain network conditions, fees, and risks (e.g., volatility, delays). We are not liable for lost, delayed, or incorrect transfers caused by incorrect wallet addresses or blockchain issues.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, VPNs, or any automated system to manipulate earnings.
• Create multiple accounts or impersonate other users.
• Engage in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive behavior.

Violation may result in permanent ban and loss of all rewards.

10. Privacy

Your personal information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
